Face painting
We
will not paint anyone who,
in the opinion of the
painter, appears to have a
cold sore, conjunctivitis or
any type of skin infection.
Also children with eczema,
open cuts or grazes are not
suitable to be painted,
a design on the cheek, arm
or hand will be offered.
We are unable to paint anyone
suffering from cold/flu like
symptoms (high temperatures,
sweats etc).
Face painting is not recommended
to children under the age of 2.
If a child is reluctant to have her/his face
painted, the painter will not go
against her/his wishes and cause
the child distress. Young
children do not always
understand face painting, someone they do not know doing
something to them that they can
not see! – So a small design on
the hand may be more enjoyable.
They can see what is happening
and feel in control of the
situation, and spend the rest of
the day happily looking at what
they have.
Tattoos and Henna
Henna is not recommended for
children under the age of 5
because of skin sensitivity or
ladies that are pregnant due to
the essential oils used.
if you are uncertain please ask
for a test
patch.
All equipment is cleaned after
each job. We use only the best
quality products, brushes,
sponges and towels.
Please do not allow your
children to touch or play with
the paints or equipment. The face painter will not be
liable for any damage or
injuries should this occur.
Parents and carers are
responsible for their children
at all times!
Thank you for taking the time to
